Hello female, looking for females only. I do have a cat, she’s very shy but wouldn’t hurt a fly. Can room with other cat owners (indoor only) or animals in cages/aquariums if that’s your speed, but no dogs. non negotiable that she’s with me as i’ve had her for 3 years now and don’t plan on saying bye first.

For that reason I am open to teaming up and finding a space well-suited for our situation. I would preferably like to save on rent as I am a student and spend 850 max. on rent but am willing to extend my budget if we meet up, vibe, wanna find a bigger space and if we do manage to find something that fits our needs but is a bit out of budget after running through the logistics of everything.

I am a student, I also work, and am mostly reserved but always down to go outside and hang out if you ask and I have the time to. I would ask that our place be close to the TTC (line 1 is preferred) I have lived in Downtown, Yonge and Eglinton, Yonge & Shep, Distillery district, all along dundas west, and in etobicoke so I am most comfortable moving to / living in these areas.

I have had roommates for nearly a decade now so i understand the importance of a clean and respectful shared living space and I am looking for likeminded people who are also looking to save in this economy together! (females)
