Hi, I’m Nico! I’m looking for a place in Chatham for ~$900 per month.

I’m 25, born and raised here in Chatham. I lived in Guelph from 2020 to 2024 until it got too expensive for me. Now I’m back in Chatham and making the best of it! I’m proudly queer, I identify as nonbinary/genderqueer and use he/they pronouns.

I’m an extroverted introvert. Meaning I thrive in social situations but deeply value my time alone. I love being social and making friends, but I get burnt out easily with large social gatherings, I need time alone to recharge afterwards. A nice chill night in with 2-3 pals playing board games and watching movies is my idea of a good time.

I do love hosting and having people over, but please think more dinner party, sleepover vibes, rather than chaotic drinking and partying. I’m not a big drinker, but I do frequently smoke cannabis. I’m always respectful about my consumption, making sure it’s done outside and properly/privately storing my accessories to eliminate any smell lingering in shared spaces.

I’m a package deal with 2 sweet kitties. Stinky cheese is a 4 year old male Neubelung. He’s super sweet and gentle, he mostly likes to keep to himself. Scooper is a 2 year old mixed breed male. He’s equally as sweet, and much more social. He loves meeting new people.

Overall, I’m a 25 year old queer disabled neurodivergent creative with two cats, a huge heart, and bigger funny bone.
