Carly

My name is Carly (she, her, hers). I’m Calgarian but have lived in London (England) since September 2024. I’m moving to Toronto because as much as I love London, I want to be closer to home and return to working as a lawyer after (a) completing my masters degree in 2025 and (b) trying out start-up/consulting life in London. One thing I’ve loved about London is having flatmates – I don’t like living alone, and prefer a home dynamic where we’re pals with a genuine affinity for one another, but also with our own things going on. I have family and friends in Toronto already, but have never lived in the city myself. I’m a big reader and definitely into fitness / the sauna, but also love a good concert or film night, and – at least during my London chapter – a night at the pub. Aiming to find a place with a December 1 start but would do earlier for the right spot!
