Hi, I’m a disabled 4th year Trent student looking for URGENT housing in Peterborough asap (by November at the latest) due to unexpectedly losing my current housing (illegally kicked out for being in a wheelchair lol). I am super desperate so as long as it is safe and clean I am okay with any living situation, I’m fine with all genders of roommates, easy to get along with, clean, independent, a good cook, and flexible on rent price. I am looking for a room in either an apartment building that has an elevator (or 1st floor) or a first floor bedroom + bathroom in a house with 3 or less front stairs. I will bring all my adaptive equipment to make it accessible for me! There will be no damage (all temporary) or cost to you but you must be ok with a portable ramp, grab bars + shower bench in the bathroom, etc. I have always payed my rent on time and take good care of my spaces!
