Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m looking for a place in Invermere with a budget of $1,200 per month. I am considering going in together with one other person on a 3 bedroom home, as my 16 year old son will be visiting (hopefully!) once a month. I do not not drink, smoke or do drugs, and would need a similar roomate- weed doesn’t bother me tho (outside!) My dog is friendly and well trained, maybe u have a dog too? 😊 I am open to a Jan 1 move- in as well!
