Hi! I’m looking for a private room near the University of Ottawa, ideally starting around October 31 or November 1 for a one-year stay. My budget is up to $1,200 per month, preferably furnished with utilities and Wi-Fi included. I’m a tidy, considerate guy who respects others’ privacy and shared spaces. I’m happy to share cleaning responsibilities and communicate openly with roommates. I’d prefer living with just a few people in a friendly, peaceful home. A private bathroom would be a bonus, but I’m comfortable sharing with one or two others.
