I’m quiet, clean, responsible, and respectful of others’ privacy and personal space. I don’t smoke, drink, or have pets. I generally keep to myself and enjoy a peaceful living environment.

I’m looking for a furnished room with access to a kitchen for regular cooking. I also have a car, so parking availability would be appreciated.

I’m flexible with my move-in date and can move in immediately if it’s a good fit. I’m happy to share a kitchen and bathroom with respectful roommates.
