Hi, I’m John Montpetit and I’m looking for a place in Vancouver or Richmond with a budget of $700 - $800.00 utilities included per month with kitchen priveliges. I’m looking for something long term in a relatively quiet nonsmoking house. I’m a retired tutor. I’m physically active with cycling and I’m looking for kayak courses in the Vancouver area. I’m a non smoker, I don’t have a car and I’ve commuted by bicycle for decades and have found the a car is completely unnecessary. If you feel I would be a good fit please contact me. Thanks, John
