Hi, I’m Ruby and my partner Rod and we are looking for a place in Sudbury with a budget of $800 per month. We recently moved back from Northern Alberta and are looking for a temporary place to live until we get back to work in the mines and make enough money to rent our own private apartment. Until then, we need a place as soon as possible as winter is almost here. In addition, a little bit about ourselves, we love hunting, sports, tv shows, movies restaurants, traveling, visiting family and friends, and working. We are an older couple, I’m 55 and Rod 63yrs old. We are both cigarette smokers and respectfully never smoke inside of anyone’s home nor our own. We don’t do drugs but have the occasional after work or a long day night cap. We are quiet tenants and have much respect for fellow tenants and follow all house rules. We stayed in Airbnb for awhile but find it getting too expensive. We’re stable people and would rather live in one environment and not from place to place.
