Hi, I’m Katelyn and I’m looking for a place in Toronto with a budget of less than $1550 per month (if it’s on the higher end, I prefer to have my private washroom). My biggest ask is for the unit to be around 5 min walk to a TTC Subway Station, and for the room to have very good lighting!

My earliest moving date would be Jan 1st, but I prefer moving later (March/April/May)
