Hi, I’m Jay and I’m looking for a place in Comox with a budget of $600 - $700 per month in rent + Utilities. This is my first time living on my own and I hope to meet someone(s) who is kinda and friendly! I am a pretty chatty and open person but I know how to respect boundaries and rules, I can be pretty clean but truthfully a little messy sometimes. I love to draw and play games and hangout with friends (usually outside!), I’m a social person but I have my moments where I need alone time! I’m hoping to basically just find a place while I am learning to eventually move out and be on my own! I am going to be a full time student at NIC in January 2027 and I am/have been looking for a job! (Who knows might already have one by the time anyone reaches out!)
