Hi, I’m Jimmy and I’m looking for a place in Toronto and North York with a budget of $1,500 per month. The budget is a bit flexible so I am willing to go a bit higher. Working full time and studying part time on the side!

Always clean up after myself in shared spaces. I do like baking so hopefully you’re willing to try some of the stuff I bake!

Pretty chill and easygoing. Would like to find someone I can be friends with too! More of a night owl, a gamer, and to be upfront, I do join Discord with friends at night but I am conscious of how loud I am.

I would prefer my own washroom and would be willing to pay extra for a parking spot (on my own of course)
