Hi!

A little about me: I’m 29, super excited to move downtown, explore the city & make friends! My hobbies include gaming, gym, trivia, and reading.

I’m hoping to find roommates who are friendly, empathetic, clean, and who feel more like friends than strangers I happen to live with. I’d love to build a home where we can comfortably share a space, and enjoy exploring the city together! I also definitely prefer people who are more progressive & inclusive (no racists/homophobes pls!)

Neighbourhood: Central downtown. Preferably somewhere close to a subway line. No specific neighbourhood in mind though.

Budget: Maximum of $1,600 monthly.

When: Hoping to move in the next couple of weeks!

I’m open to either a condo, apartment, or house. I’d ideally like something modern & well-maintained, with no known pest issues.
