Hello! My name is Jeff, and I’m looking to move into a shared accommodation setup, in or around Esquimalt. My wife and I are trying to reduce costs as I work away from home. I work at Work Point Barracks (West Bay area), am easygoing, quiet, tidy, and have plenty of experience sharing a home with others (my old military life). I value a peaceful, clean living environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy and space. I park my truck at work so vehicle parking is not an issue, but if the location is beyond walking distance, I will be using a bicycle to get around. If so, a secure garage, shed, or other bike parking would be needed.
