I’m a quiet, reliable, and respectful individual looking for a clean, peaceful room to rent starting December 1st (or sooner) for the next 3 to 6 months (or longer, if it’s a great fit) as I transition into my next chapter and save for my own apartment. My monthly income is currently covered through stable government support (ODSP), so rent will always be paid reliably and on time. I’m currently job searching with odsp to cover in the meantime. In my free time, I’m pretty low-key—I keep to myself, respect common spaces, and like to keep things tidy. I’m also a pianist (don’t worry, I use headphones with my keyboard!).
