Hi! My name is Tega! I’m a 21-year-old student planning to move to Toronto in June 2027 to continue my studies in interior design. I’m friendly, respectful, easygoing, and looking for a comfortable place to call home while I study and work.

My budget is a maximum of $1,300 per month, and I’m hoping to find a place in downtown Toronto. I’m looking for a private bedroom with my own private bathroom, as having my own personal space is important to me. I’m happy to share the kitchen and living room with one or two other girls, although I’d ideally prefer just one roommate. Furnished accommodation and utilities and internet included in the rent would be a plus, and I’m open to discussing different lease arrangements.

I’m looking for roommates who don’t smoke, vape, or use recreational drugs, as I’m not comfortable living in that kind of environment. I’d prefer someone who doesn’t drink, but I’m okay with occasional, responsible drinking as long as it doesn’t involve aggressive behaviour, excessive intoxication, or make the home uncomfortable. I’m Christian, and my faith is important to me, but I respect everyone’s beliefs and personal choices and would never force my beliefs on anyone or judge them for theirs.

I value cleanliness, mutual respect, open communication, and a peaceful living environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy and boundaries. I’m happy to be friendly with my roommates while also appreciating our individual space. I love interior design, exploring new places, and spending time with friends. I’m also a huge animal lover, so if you have pets, that’s definitely a bonus! 🐾
