Hello! I am 17 years old, turning 18 in February. I am looking for a place to have once I am 18. I am planning on moving out early due to the fact I grew up in the care of Child and Family Services under a permanent guardianship status, where with that agreement they would pay my rent for me, as well my bills, and other expenses I may need. I am quiet, friendly, and extremely clean. I do not drink, smoke, or party.

I am going to be a student, attending bow valley as a university student, focusing on child and youth care in September of 2027.
