Description
Hi, I’m Thaddaeus. I’m a 33yr old male looking for potential new places to stay. Olds would be preferred, but open to looking at options (If you can assist with travel).
I don’t smoke, drink, party or mess with drugs. I don’t have pets but I’m fine with them. (Though larger dogs make me nervous after a childhood encounter.)
I spend most of my time on my computer doing my own thing (DnD, games, reading, art. Nerdy stuff). As such I don’t generally make an outward impact on other’s things if I can help it. I have my own dishes, I get my own toiletries, etc. Though I keep to myself usually, I’m also capable and happy to carry on conversation or hang out if we get along, but please feel free to intercept me if I’m rambling or talking in circles.
I believe communication is important in all regards. If I’m being too loud? Let me know, if you have a particular time frame you need quiet or the like? Let me know. I want to ensure I’m being considerate of you and the property both. I also do my best to inform you ahead of time if there’s any hiccups with rent, but I always make sure rent is payed on time if not earlier just to be certain.
(I’d appreciate negotiation regarding damage/security deposit, because I can’t always afford a lump sum up front, but I’m more than happy to pay it in additional installments on top of rent until you are properly payed.)
I have chronic health disorders contributing to me being on disability which include but aren’t limited to; Asthma, sleep apnea (mild-moderate), hEDS (Hypermobility Ehlers Danlos syndrome, a connective tissue/joint disorder), a few eye disorders, etc. So I do appreciate someone who isn’t at odds with someone who needs regular medications and sometimes struggles with sleep cycles. I may also need help with certain heavier chores to avoid injury because even mundane things can fuck me up sometimes (like groceries, shoveling, or sleeping wrong). I still do my best where I can though.
I can’t drive, so I would appreciate - but not demand - aid with moving my belongings if it’s in your power to do so. It also means you don’t have to worry about clogged driveways because I don’t have a vehicle to worry about. I also sometimes go for walks around the block for my health. (I’m working towards losing weight atm)
I’m looking for a new place to stay after the situation where I’m currently staying has changed for the worse. I figure it’s in my best interest and for my health to find somewhere else to live.
So, moving soon would be good, but it requires me to align the move with my support payments.
If you read all the way, I thank you for your time and I hope you have a wonderful day!
