Description

Hi there, I am a Social Service Worker (SSW) placement student working under the supervision of the Human Services Coordinator. I am currently helping our patrons source affordable housing in Simcoe County (Orillia, Barrie, Midland, or Collingwood). We are seeking spaces with a budget of $650-$900 per month, available for immediate move-in. Depending on the specific patron, we are looking for options that can accommodate individuals, potential roommate team-ups, and both pet-friendly and pet-free environments. If you have a vacancy or a potential team-up opportunity that fits this criteria, please let me know what your application process looks like. Thank you, Natalia D. I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

— Arnold, Roomies user

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

— Michael, Roomies user

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
