Hi! I’m a 30-year-old professional who’s recently moved over from London, UK. Spent the last few weeks travelling through the Rockies and now looking to settle in Toronto and explore career opportunities in the media and sports industry.

I’m sociable, easy-going and enjoy meeting new people, but equally like having my own space and routine, so would be respectful of others and keeping the place clean and easy to live in. Outside of work, I like to stay active through the gym or playing sports, exploring the city and outdoors or trying new restaurants and bars.

I’m looking for a private, furnished room in a two-bedroom apartment, ideally sharing with one other person, but open to other options if it’s the right fit. Flexible on location / anywhere with good public transport links and have listed a few neighbourhoods which have been recommended to me. Looking for something short-term initially (1–3 months), with the possibility of extending if it works for everyone.

My budget is up to $1,500/month, preferably including utilities. I’ve got enough savings to comfortably cover rent while I get established in Toronto.
