Hi! I’m looking for a private room to rent in Winnipeg, ideally within a budget of $500–$550 per month, including utilities.

I’m a 32-year-old student at RRC Polytech and also work part-time for the Government of Manitoba. I’m responsible, clean, respectful, and easygoing. I value a peaceful, tidy living environment and always respect other people’s privacy and personal space.

I’m friendly and enjoy socializing, but I also appreciate my quiet time. I’m looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home with considerate roommates. Ideally, I’d prefer a pet-free and non-smoking household.

I’m hoping to move in sometime in November or beginning of December. Feel free to reach out if you think we’d be a good fit!
