Hi, I’m Pearl and I’m looking for a place in the east of Vancouver with a budget of $1,100 per month. I’m an easygoing person who enjoys a warm and positive vibe at home, always up for a cozy chat, coffee, or a glass of wine after work, but equally respect everyone’s personal space and privacy. In my free time, I love staying active, cooking, and exploring the city. I am a Belgian student and will be doing a research internship at the labs of SFU (February - May) and that’s why I’m looking for a comfortable, reliable place with great and social housemates for my time in BC!
