Hi, I’m Chandler and my partner Leonard and I are looking for a place in Edmonton with a budget of about $1,200 per month for January-February. We have lived together for the last 4 years in accomodations with other people with a total 9 years of renting experience. We are non-cigarette and cannabis smoking (though one does vape nicotine.) Chandler is sober and Leonard will have a drink on special occasions. We do not have pets, we clean up after ourselves, and we both enjoy a good conversation (though, we are also happy to keep to ourselves!.)
