I’m looking for accommodation near downtown(particurly Near Guy-Concordia) Montreal / Concordia University, preferably available by the end of November. I’m mainly looking for a long-term stay.

Accommodation preferences:

  • Private/shared room or private hall space
  • Preferably female roommates
  • All utilities (heating, electricity, hot water, etc.) and internet included in the rent
  • Furnished or unfurnished — both are fine
  • Clean, safe and peaceful environment

Budget: $400–500/month

  • Concordia University graduate student
  • Clean, respectful and easygoing
  • Non-vegetarian (no dietary restrictions)
  • Responsible with rent and shared spaces
