Hi! I’m a friendly, easygoing professional working for the government. I’ve been living in Vancouver for the past six years, after spending about 20 years between Montreal and Quebec City. I’m now planning to move back to Montreal in January 2027. I’m clean, respectful, considerate, and a non-smoker. I enjoy a peaceful, comfortable home environment and value privacy, good communication, and mutual respect. I’m sociable and enjoy a friendly atmosphere, while also appreciating everyone’s personal space. I’m looking for a private room with my own bathroom (not shared)*, ideally in a clean, quiet, and well-maintained apartment with just one other roommate, or in a private home. My budget is up to $1,500/month, preferably including utilities. I’m particularly interested in Downtown Montreal, Griffintown, Westmount, Atwater, or other safe neighbourhoods with convenient access to my workplace near Square-Victoria.
