I am a 37-year-old female looking for an affordable room or apartment to rent, preferably as close to Hubbards as possible, but likely in Bridgewater, Tantallon, and/or any town/community surrounding Hubbards/Chester. .

I don’t currently own a vehicle, so I primarily get around by bicycle and occasionally use car-sharing services. I do have two young boys, but they would not be visiting or staying at my residence, I would visit them elsewhere and I do not have any pets, nor do I wish to live with any, not that I I’m against it just that I would prefer not to.

A little about me: I’m an extremely clean, tidy, and organized person (maybe a little OCD when it comes to keeping things neat!). I’m very quiet, respectful, and tend to keep to myself. I’m not into partying or socializing much and enjoy having a peaceful space to chill.

In my spare time, I enjoy arts and crafts, going for walks, hiking, and bicycling. I also like to do bicycle repairs and build things…like tiny gnome homes, etc.

Ideally, I’m looking for an affordable, comfortable place with a respectful living environment. I’m clean, responsible, considerate of others, and would make a quiet and reliable tenant.
