Hi, I’m Jayanna and I’m looking for a roommate in a place I am already renting. You would need $825 for rent and pay the other portion of electricity which is usually around $60. So about $885 monthly. Heat and gas is included. There is one bedroom available for you. A kitchen that has a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and an air fryer. The bathroom has a bathtub too. The living room is pretty big with a TV and futon. There is enough space to decorate it however you’d like. The Chinook Mail is under a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. There is also two C-Trains near by that are only a 10 minute drive and a bus stop outside. I am looking for someone who can at least stay for one year, but preferably for about 3 years. You can move in as soon as you need!

You’d never have to worry about income with me, I am honest, hardworking, clean, I will always inform you of what’s going on, and I’m chill. I also like cooking and I like sharing my meals if you like them. Hoping to find a great roommate soon!
