Hi, I’m Samantha and I’m looking for a place in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody with a budget of $1,500 per month.

I have ticked off dog, however I do not know if she will live with me at all, full time, or part time. (I got her with my ex but we are figuring out the custody situation once we figure out everyone’s living situations lol)

I’m looking for a likeminded roommate (I’m originally from Leduc, Alberta, if that says anything about me🤣) kidding, but in all seriousness I’m extremely clean and organized, I like to cook at home and bake random shit.. other than that my time is spent walking around aimlessly around new neighborhoods, going to the gym, and working 🥳

I’m a territory manager, working on the road/from home. I have serious self awareness and can read the room.

I can say all the stuff like “oh it’ll be nice to have someone to go on hikes with and have coffee dates with” but to be honest that ain’t me. I don’t drink coffee. I’ll go on a hike but I’m not really a fan of chatting while I’m scaling a mountain, so it’s more so if you’re ok with silence 🤣 what else..I do smoke weed however I use a vape pen (less smell) and I don’t do it indoors. I don’t drink much anymore, but I’ll have a few glasses of wine sometimes! Other than that I’m a pretty chill person as long as you’re not super loud and annoying, or super messy 🤣🤣
