Hi, I’m Gabriel, 28. I’m Korean and I already live in Vancouver. I work full-time downtown as an operations coordinator, Monday to Friday.

I’m looking for a roommate to team up and rent a 2-bedroom together, with both names on the lease. Downtown, Yaletown, Fairview or the West End would be ideal. My budget for my share is $1,000–1,200 per month, and I’m available from January 14 (February 1 also works too). I’m hoping to stay for about a year.

I’m a non-smoker, I don’t have pets, and I keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I’m quiet at home and respectful of other people’s schedules and rest. I have a stable full-time job and can provide references.

In my spare time, I’m learning French and I work out a few times a week.
