Dear Rent Provider, My name is Gyula Zsolt Lajer, who is a 43 years old male. I’m living in Canada since 1999, but I was born in Hungary, in the middle West side.

As a 100% Vegan man, I’m allergic to animal nature, human rights violations and cigarette smoke, thus they are cancer causing. My mother lives in Richmond Hill, but she needs her own privacy, so we don’t live together since 2008. I owe a bicycle, thus I don’t need a motorized vehicle, yet. I’m working as a self employed construction worker with friends in part time, but volunteerly I’m a Bachelor Of Arts In Justice otherwise, who is providing legal advices. The government appreciates my legal work financially, every month. Once, I will get an actual job in the job category of my legal work, my pay will be about at least 10 times as much. I have saved money, if I will ever need it. I would like to live closer to mother, instead of so far away in Scarborough, or even further. My mother and I are having family friends living in Newmarket.

I don’t do drugs, open to both short or long term, usually I’m consuming fruits and vegetables, but sometimes I’m making some soups, I can move in at any times or on June 1st at the latest, I’m moving out because the landlord is getting his girlfriend moving in to start a family life, so they will need their privacy. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol. I’m on call regarding work and my jobs are in the GTA. I’m cooking once, or twice a week.
