Non binary trans masc individual looking for a room to rent on Hamilton mountain or Stoney Creek immediately for this Friday May 8th. Something preferably with a one year lease and someone easy going and respects boundaries. I’m on ODSP and am able to pay rent directly. I’m into anime, and spend most of my days gaming. I like going out for walks and walking around eastgate. I have two references I can give right away and can give first and last months rent.
