I’m looking for a room to rent. I don’t have a car, so I need somewhere that is close to a bus route.

I keep to myself most of the time, unless someone wants to hang out or needs to talk. The most noise I make is when I play acoustic guitar or practice singing.

I clean up after myself and don’t take up much space in the fridge. I enjoy gaming, reading, going to the gym, and going out for walks.

If you’re worried about furnishings and other necessities, I have a couch, two really comfortable chairs, a dining room table with chairs, some dishes, glasses, and cutlery. Obviously sharing the living-room furniture is a given, I don’t mind sharing my dishes and the like so long as you keep them clean.

I’m on ODSP and have a guaranteed income. I can contribute a maximum of $475 towards rent. I am currently looking for sustainable full-time employment, so that I can contribute more towards rent, in hopes of finding a place to live that isn’t infested with bugs.
