Hi, I’m in sales & need a place to share for 6 months to a year, flexible. I grew up in Durham Region & my friends & family are here. Then I may be travelling for work again, I have travelled extensively & I enjoy meeting new people & I socialize easily as I work with many types of different people. I’m used to living out of a suitcase & travelling frequently. I have been back living in the area for a few years now. By nature I am quiet, very clean & a tidy person, doing chores are no problem around the house. My budget can be up to $1200 a month depending on space & the type of accommodations. I’m also willing to negotiate rental rate for possible exchange of light house work, errands, shopping, child care (I have much experience). I have excellent references.
