I am a retired 68 year old male and am a quiet non smoker and do not use drugs. I am young thinking and pretty active. I usually walk or ride my bicycle every day. I am very friendly but keep to myself a fair bit. My main requirements are fairly quiet space . I like to read and study in a quiet place. I need a permanent place for at least 5 years if it is the right fit. It would nice if it was close to Perimeter and Hwy 1 or not to far from The Victory Lane Speedway or Assiniboia Downs. Thanks for your time. I am looking to move in the Springtime ,BUT, the perfect place I would move sooner.
