I’m a quiet, easygoing, and responsible renter looking for a private room in Oshawa, Whitby or Ajax for $750/month.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I prefer a clean, peaceful home with no parties, smoking, or drug use. I’m okay with cats, but otherwise prefer no pets.

I don’t smoke, but I just ask that smoking isn’t done indoors to avoid lingering smells in shared spaces.

Cleanliness is important to me, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. I always do my part to keep shared areas organized, and if there’s a private bathroom, I keep it spotless.

I mostly keep to myself after work and relax in my room with music (AirPods) or Netflix. I’m looking for a decent size private room (furnished or unfurnished) that can fit a double bed, computer desk, and a large closet with storage space. On‑site laundry is a must.

For security reasons, I will not share any personal details or send payments/e‑transfers before seeing the unit, confirming it is available, and meeting the landlord face‑to‑face to ensure the listing is legitimate.
