Quiet/mature male seeking rental in Salmon Arm — November 1st.

Hello everyone.

I am looking for a place to rent in Salmon Arm. I currently reside in Enderby, but I’m looking to move by November 1st (to be closer to family, appointments, and amenities.) I rely on rideshare apps & public transit so therefore I do not require parking & prefer to be in walking-distance of a bus stop.

I would describe myself as a courteous, quiet, tidy person who mainly keeps to himself although I have extensive experience in shared living-arrangements/roommates.

A bit more about me: I live a pretty low-key, no-drama, nerdy life, and I typically enjoy active sports in my past - time IE Roller-skating, snowboarding, hiking, etc. Also, it’s noteworthy to mention that I am more than happy to help with extras like shoveling in winter, yard work, etc.

▪️ I have a steady, guaranteed income (proof upon request). ▪️ Prefer (or similar) for first contact & viewing (if possible as I cannot always be in Salmon Arm).
