Hey there, I’m Ashfaaq, 28, a working professional heading back to school full-time this September for a BEng in Cybersecurity at Concordia (SGW campus). I’m currently living downtown but looking to move to Verdun or LaSalle near the green line metro for July 1.

I’m looking for either: • A room in an existing 4½ or 5½ with a chill roommate • Someone to team up with and find a new 4½ together — splitting rent makes a much nicer place affordable for both of us

About me: • Bilingual (English/French) • Clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces • I keep a regular schedule — early mornings, focused study blocks, early-ish nights during the school year • I cook often (anything I can slap between two slices of bread usually, lol) and keep a clean kitchen • Non-smoker, no pets • I have a car (so I’d need street parking nearby) but commute to campus by metro • Previously lived solo for 7+ years, so I understand boundaries and pulling my weight on chores

What I’m looking for: • Budget: $500–$700/month for my share (open to all-inclusive or splitting utilities) • Location: Verdun or LaSalle, ideally within 10 min walk of a green line metro station (De l’Église, Verdun, LaSalle, Jolicoeur, or Angrignon) • Vibe: Quiet and respectful. I’m friendly and social but this is a study-focused chapter of my life — I’m not looking for a party house • Move-in: July 1, 2026 (flexible to mid-June or August 1 for the right fit)
