Hello! I’m seeking a FURNISHED room in or near Winnipeg, Manitoba, with other ladies, or open to renting from a family.

I’m a 33-year-old Caucasian female. I’m not a smoker, drinker or partier. I like a clean environment and I respect other people’s space. I’m personally a Christian, and I love and respect people of all religions and backgrounds. I also adore animals but don’t have any of my own currently.

Wherever I’ve lived, I’ve rented a room from a family, so I’m used to living in a community/family environment with other roommates.

I work as a voice artist/audiobook narrator, so I’m seeking a quiet place to work from home. (A room with a closet is a must - as my closet will become my recording studio.)
