Hi! I’m Jasmine, recently moved to Montreal after 10 years in the US, and 15 years away from Vancouver (my original home). Montreal is growing on me and proving itself as my favourite Canadian city ☺️🩷

I’m looking for a cozy, furnished space for 2026, with flexibility to feel if the place + area is right for my desired lifestyle. I’m open to long-term but monthly-rent options would be most ideal.

I do like to work at home 50% so a place for a desk, preferably separate to the bedroom, would be ideal.

My preference is to be close to a metro and downtown/Plateau area. My work office is near McGill.

Having most recently lived in Nashville for 4 years, I’ve been excited to check out Montreal’s local music scene and have been practicing DJing since being here.

I’m in process of exploring schools for my Masters and seeking a variety of work contracts + employment. Also looking to expand my independent business.

I enjoy yoga, gym workouts, discovering new music, meditating, exploring the city, and going on driving adventures. I love meeting local business owners, finding beautiful places to socialize, or enjoying a quiet night in.

A clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment is important to me, and I’m mindful of shared spaces. I am looking for honest, open and inclusive home vibes, with good emotional maturity.
