Looking to downsize my rent so I can actually enjoy life a bit. Long-term stay would be ideal, but at least six months.

I am a chill enbie/probably human person, a moderately awkward artist, and a full-time work-from-home email CS rep. Generally, I am quiet and mostly keep to myself, but am open to making friends. I respect boundaries and hope you respect mine. I do not like drama or massive parties, but am fine with normal household noise.

I also have two, fixed male kittens who are sweet and mostly quiet, even with their daily parkoursessions. Because of their ages and personalities, they will likely get along with other pets, but I do NOT think birds or rodents should be let out around them. They are both hunters, for sure!

I like things organized and picked up. Any rules or chore roster will likely have to be written down for me to reference, and don’t be surprised if i ask clarification. Being AuADHD, I thank you for your understanding in those requests.

As a heads up, I vape (nicotine) but am trying to quit. I always make sure the area is ventilated with a fan pointing out, and am happy to do it outside on request. Despite this, I dont manage cigarette smoke well, and strong-smelling cannabis tends to make me feel ill. I prefer these things done outside, with some distance from my door/window, especially with my cats/your pets or kids around.
