Hi my name is John. I’ll be a student in UofR in Fall 2026. My move in date would be in August 2026.

I am in the Human Kinetics program focusing on rehab and injury prevention.

A little about me, I live minimally and clean after myself. I’ve worked in kitchens so I value keeping a clean kitchen and other shared places. I like starting my day early and usually avoid staying up late. I cook at home and meal prep for the week. Besides the usual gym routine, going out for a walk and recreatio activities, I don’t go out as much as compared to other people.

I’m looking to get a 2 bedroom apartment and split the rent in half with. I currently live with roommates before and I don’t mind it as long as we’re both responsible and open to communication.

Otherwise, a room/a basement suite would be awesome too!
