Hi there!

I am a 23 year old female and I’ve lived in victoria since 2021. I really want to live in and have a bigger space than the studio I’m in now with my dog and cat! (So you just might have to like animals haha). My budget can be up to $1300 all inc (hoping for less) but I’d like a nice and spacious place preferably:)

I wouldn’t want to live in Gordon head area, preferably in Victoria- James Bay (where I am now and I love JB so so so much!!) - Vic West-Esquilmalt-Saanich maybe!

I have a vehicle of my own so a parking spot is a must for myself, if you also have one we would split however much the extra spot is to make it fair!

I’ve had pretty traumatic issues with past room mates before so I’d like to really find someone who I can be good friends with and make sure living together won’t be a problem with each of our lifestyles and who can love my pets and make sure they are safe.

I have a pretty 50/50 active/homebody lifestyle. I love watching movies, going on my daily 10k walks with my dog Luna, cooking, baking, spending time with friends and bf, travelling and reading.

I am a pretty cleanly person and responsible with picking up after myself in common areas 9/10 times. I’d like my roommate to be moderately clean as well, but I’m not easily bothered by small messes by any means. I am a chill and a very kind and super open minded person so any issues there could be I always want to solve them instead of running away from them !! I do have a commited partner as well so having gfs/bfs over is always okay with me.

PETS: I have a 9 year old tabby cat who is the sweetest. I also have a Shiba Inu who is turning 3 this august! She is a certified service dog. They are both very well behaved. (Shiba’s will be Shiba’s at the end of the day though! She warms up to people fast but can be stand off-ish meeting new people) My kitty is an indoor cat only and the sweetest kitty who loves pets and sleeps a lot of the day haha. If this becomes a good match we can discuss more

I work remote & in restaurant/office 2-3 days a week atm

I’d love to live with someone I can trust and become friends with who like I said I am able to trust living with my pets as they are my world. I hope to hear from you!:)
