Within 5 minutes you could reach Marlborough Mall or within 10 minutes you could reach Sunridge Mall. Downtown is a 10 minute drive. Other amenities within 5 minutes is a Home Depot, automotive repair shops, gas stations and fast food restaurants. And for some of that finer dining there are some nice restaurants along 36th Street NE or enjoy the very diversified selections of cuisine on International Ave. (17th Ave. SE). Security deposit is $1,470, of which it can be paid in two installments; 60% before the first month, 40% with the second month’s rent. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
