Oil heater to stay warm all winter. The home has two private suites in the basement with laundry in between, so laundry is only shared with one other person. Plenty of street parking available. Shared backyard space, fully fenced. The community of Montgomery has so much to offer, close to U of C, WinSport, ACH, and FMC. Bike paths and transit are very close by, one bus to SAIT or downtown.
