Check-in is 3PM and and check-out is 11 AM on the day of check-in and check-out.Additional Rules:Garbage collection:keep on adding all garbage from guest house in to big garbage bin outside beside wooden entrance door. Garbage or recycling collection is every Tuesday morning. Host will move large garbage bin from gust house outside to the front of house for city pick up .Cooking:Please keep stove exhaust fan ON all time when cooking specially smoked items in order to avoid fire alarm turn ON. For your information one smoke detector is very close to the kitchen area .Fire Place :If you need to turn on Fire place, please use low heat that would be enough heat up basement in few minutes. Please do not use high heat. Temperature limiting control may turn off heater automatically if heater reach unsafe temperature. Instruction manual is in this black folder. Fire place remote is on TV shelf.Guest Safety Instructions:Fence door:This area is very safe and quiet. But it is always better if you are not going outside any more on night please close fence doorAppliances:Please turn off appliances when you are not present in Guest House and going out specially turn off Fire place if you are going outside and going for sleep.
