Only one adult roommate here, no smoking no pet, the unit location and laundry in unit plus its access to restaurants or grocery store in 4 st NE is awesome. I need clean tenant who knows how to take care of this amazing unit. You will have one quiet roommate who is most of the time at library or work or classroom. parking has 50 dollars fee, you pay half of electricity and wifi fee is only 30 dollars per month which is half of total fee. Laundry for clothing is in unit but big laundry is in hallway so two options. no couples sorry and no smoking as this is furnished, tenant to have reference and proof of income . Tenant must be responsible person and clean after themself.
