The home is large, bright, and comfortable, with 5 bedrooms, 2 living room areas, 2 dining areas, a shared kitchen, and plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. We recently moved in and are still settling in, but the goal is to create a clean, peaceful, cozy home where everyone feels comfortable and respected.

Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom - $1,100/month A larger private room with its own ensuite bathroom. Best suited for someone who wants extra privacy and comfort.
Standard Bedroom with Shared Bathroom - $850/month A comfortable regular-sized room with access to a shared bathroom.
The location is one of the best parts of the home. We are walking distance to parks, everyday amenities, and about a 5-minute walk to Edgemont Ravine. The area is calm, peaceful, and perfect for someone who enjoys a quieter lifestyle.
This is not a party house. No smoking, no cigarettes, and no pets. Shared spaces must be kept clean and treated with respect. We want the home to feel comfortable, mature, and well cared for.
