I’m looking for a roommate for my apartment in East Village! It’s a beautiful, fully furnished space overlooking the Bow River, with around 1,100 sq. ft. There are grocery stores, shops, and a bank right in the building, plus access to a gym, pool, sauna, and outdoor spaces — all included! The CTrain is less than a 5-minute walk away, and parking is available in the building, too.

The apartment has in-suite laundry, and you’d have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The shared spaces are already furnished, making it an easy place to settle into and make yourself at home. Water and gas are included in the rent as well.

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a 26-year-old student originally from Newfoundland, now living in Calgary. I’m pretty laid-back and tend to keep to myself, but I love getting outdoors, especially hiking, and enjoy Pilates, art, and anything that lets me get creative. I’ve always loved being near the water and spending time in nature, and I’d love to find more opportunities to get back to that while living out here. I like keeping things tidy and organized, and an environment that feels like a little breath of fresh air, somewhere you can truly relax and feel at ease. I think that comes from mutual respect, open communication, and being genuinely considerate of each other. I’d love to find a roommate who values those same things and wants to create a space that feels comfortable and welcoming for both of us.
