Two rooms are available in a spacious, character-filled home in a quiet and established Edgemont community.

The home is large, bright, and comfortable, with 5 bedrooms, 2 living room areas, 2 dining areas, a shared kitchen, and plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. We recently moved in and are still settling in, but the goal is to create a clean, peaceful, cozy home where everyone feels comfortable and respected.

Available rooms:

Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom — $1,100/month A larger private room with its own ensuite bathroom. Best suited for someone who wants extra privacy and comfort.

Standard Bedroom with Shared Bathroom — $850/month A comfortable regular-sized room with access to a shared bathroom.

The location is one of the best parts of the home. We are walking distance to parks, everyday amenities, and about a 5-minute walk to Edgemont Ravine. The area is calm, peaceful, and perfect for someone who enjoys a quieter lifestyle.

This is not a party house. No smoking, no cigarettes, and no pets. Shared spaces must be kept clean and treated with respect. We want the home to feel comfortable, mature, and well cared for.

The home is currently shared by 2 adults and 1 child, age 9.

My roommate and I are working professionals with busy schedules. We are friendly and respectful, but we also value privacy, peace, and a calm home environment. Most of the time, we are working, resting, or keeping things low-key.

We are looking for someone who is mature, clean, reliable, and easy to live with. This would be a great fit for a working professional or mature student who wants a peaceful home, not a loud or party-style environment.

The right person will be someone who treats the home like their own, communicates respectfully, cleans up after themselves, and wants to live with grounded people who are focused on stability, growth, and creating a comfortable home.

Shared spaces should be kept clean after use, especially the kitchen, bathrooms, dining areas, and living rooms. Rent must be paid on time, communication should be respectful, and quiet evenings are important.

No parties, no smoking, no cigarettes, no pets, and no excessive noise. Guests should be respectful and discussed when needed.
