Hello there! I am currently looking for a live in tenant. At the moment I’m not sure about how long tenancy will be, I guess it will depend on your needs and mine but I am open to long term.

The reason I am asking for a female roommate is because I sometimes have my daughter that lives with me on a part time basis and both she’d and I prefer a female in the house as opposed to a male. I’m sorry that’s just where my current preference lays at the moment. I hope you guys reading this add understands.

So — about me and my house: I am a full time home owner, I work very hard for a living and enjoy all of the benefits of my beautiful home. I am NOT a party person, I’m not loud but i am human so I do sometimes make a little noise from time to time. This is a none smoking house so if you smoke you must do so out side. My daughter is here two weekends on and one off and she’s super chill as well.

This house was built in 2012 and and I’ve been living here ever since. I do have a front and back yard and I take care of all the yard work etc. the back yard is a bit over grown but I kinda like the wild aesthetic haha. I collect antiques and have kind of an old fashioned Victorian aesthetic vibe to the house. I will be renting a large one bedroom partially furnished and you will have your own bathroom. I’m not a total clean freak but I am tidy so you should be too. There is limited storage here, I do have a garage for a small amount of things but not lots. I think that’s it? So a little about me. I am a hard-working trades person who is super outgoing — really really friendly and I keep a pretty normal schedule — Monday to Friday, weekends off. I’m super chill. I might have the occasional beer. I don’t smoke. I don’t do drugs. I have a 14-year-old daughter who stays with me about 30% of the time and the other percent of the time I’m just a chill dude in my house lol any questions feel free to ask!
